现场环境条件：这是一个顶层复式的房子。缺点：卧室阳台面积较大，没有必要。楼梯位置不好，空间也很小。优点：40层的层高，加上客餐厅空间挑高，视线和空间感非常好。房间全部朝南，阳光也很充足

设计方案立意：1.客厅保留挑高空间和客厅外的大阳台，让客厅有室内外两种空间的体验。挑高的层高也让客厅有开阔的视野和舒适度，空间更有层次。2.餐厅挑空做了各层，保证餐厅足够空间的同时，楼上利用成了小孩娱乐间。3.楼梯做在了整个房子中间，保证到每个空间的最佳路径。楼梯作为整个空间的核心，整体以装置艺术的形式去呈现，保证实用的同时也成为空间的一大亮点。4.大部分阳台都利用到房间空间里面，让房间空间更舒适。

材料选择及理由：1.公共空间：地面采用大理石，让空间整体简洁。墙面用米白色大理石结合米灰色墙布，凸显温馨时尚气质。几个主要背景用了独特花纹的大理石和岩板，以及几个主灯设计了装饰性较强的造型，突出重点。2.房间空间：地面采用鱼骨拼灰色地板，体现时尚精致感。墙面以少量木饰面加墙布完成，打造温馨的基调。再以软装点缀，体现格调和品位。

Site environmental conditions: This is a duplex house on the top floor. Disadvantages: bedroom balcony area is larger, not necessary. The stairs are not in a good position and the space is very small. Advantages: the 40 story height, plus the dining room space, the line of sight and the sense of space are very good. The rooms all face south, and there is plenty of sunshine

Each floor of the dining room is empty to ensure enough space in the dining room. At the same time, the upstairs is used as a children's entertainment room. 3. The staircase is made in the middle of the whole house to ensure the best path to each space. As the core of the whole space, stairs are presented in the form of installation art, which ensures the practicality and becomes a highlight of the space. 4. Most balconies are used in the room space to make the room more comfortable.

Material selection and reasons: 1. Public space: the ground is made of marble, which makes the space simple as a whole. The wall is made of beige marble and beige wall cloth, which highlights the warm and fashionable temperament. Several main backgrounds use marble and rock plate with unique patterns, as well as several main lights to design decorative modeling, highlighting the key points. 2. Room space: the ground is made of fishbone and grey floor, which reflects the sense of fashion and delicacy. The wall is finished with a small amount of wood veneer and wall cloth to create a warm tone. Then with soft decoration embellishment, reflect style and grade.
