本案是一个600m²的双拼东边套，上三下一的结构。初步构思为负一层和一层公共空间，二、三层卧室空间，所以，在设计中，我们考虑负一和一层为一个结构，二、三层为一个结构。

先说负一和一层原始结构

整个结构南北三进结构，最大跨度4.5m左右，中间没有立柱，使得整个空间进深能达到20m左右，这种结构在双拼连排中是比较罕见的，加上中厅现浇完成之后，东面出现了10m左右宽度的落地窗，所以我们决定最大程度的保留这个空间，也就有了纵向客厅布置的念头。

再说地下室，进门就在大厅空间，西面空间比较零碎，楼梯由于要和楼上结构连贯，导致被安排在最角落，空间小，光线差，而且楼梯下方空间完全浪费。这时，一层构思已经初步形成，再去掉一些必要功能区后，发现电梯旁采光井空置，于是就有了楼梯分层的想法。地下室上一层楼梯与一层上三层楼梯在不同位置，这样一来，地下室就有了独立的玄关入口，入口又可以带一个比较大的储藏室，而且楼梯下面空间被充分利用，地下室空间又能化零为整。

再反观一层，地下室楼梯上来正好在电梯旁边，共用了一个楼梯间，而且对于之前一楼大开间的构思也没有任何影响。我个人认为，这是整个案子改动最成功的地方。

二、三层的亮点主要就是这个玻璃顶的活动室。为保证三楼主卧的采光，我们现浇只做到了二层，这意味着三楼主卧朝南大窗望出去就是二楼玻璃房的大顶。大家都知道我们在做阳光房时一般只考虑从下往上仰看的感觉，很少会考虑从上往下俯看的感觉，所以这个顶就必须要做到里外都好看，这让我想到了卢浮宫入口，一个金字塔型的玻璃顶结构，虽然是顶，但它更多的是给顶上的路人以视觉美感。我参考了它的做法，这样，从主卧窗户望出去，就是一个非常漂亮的玻璃金字塔结构。当然，晚上灯光开户会更加迷人。

内装风格基本以现代风格为主，外加一些中古家具的点缀。要理解现代风格，先要理解什么是现代生活，确切的说应该是现代的生活方式。一种去繁琐化，去形式化，回归生活本身的生活方式，直接了当，不扭捏，不做作。注重体验感，注重场景感，注重氛围感。简单的说就是要什么就做什么。

Let's first talk about the negative one and the original structure of one layer

The North-South triple entry structure of the whole structure has a maximum span of about 4.5m, and there is no column in the middle, so the depth of the whole space can reach about 20m. This kind of structure is relatively rare in the double row row row. In addition, after the middle hall is cast-in-place, a floor to floor window with a width of about 10m appears in the East. Therefore, we decided to retain this space to the greatest extent, and we also had the idea of longitudinal living room layout.

As for the basement, the entrance is in the hall space. The West space is fragmentary. The stairs are arranged in the most corner because of the connection with the upstairs structure. The space is small and the light is poor. Moreover, the space under the stairs is completely wasted. At this time, the concept of the first floor has been initially formed, and after removing some necessary functional areas, it is found that the lighting shaft next to the elevator is vacant, so there is the idea of stair layering. The stairs on the first floor of the basement are in different positions from those on the third floor. In this way, the basement has an independent entrance, and the entrance can take a larger storage room. Moreover, the space under the stairs is fully utilized, and the basement space can be divided into parts.

On the other floor, the stairs in the basement are right next to the elevator, sharing a stairwell, and there is no influence on the concept of large bay on the first floor. I personally think this is the most successful part of the whole case.

Two、There the highlight of the third floor is the activity room with glass roof. In order to ensure the lighting of the master bedroom on the third floor, we have only made the second floor cast-in-place, which means that the main bedroom on the third floor looks to the South and the big window is the big roof of the glass house on the second floor. As we all know, when we make a sunlight room, we only consider the feeling of looking up from the bottom, and rarely consider the feeling of looking down from the top. Therefore, the top must be good-looking both inside and outside. This reminds me of the entrance of the Louvre, a pyramid shaped glass roof structure. Although it is the top, it is more of a visual beauty for passers-by on the top. I refer to its practice, so, from the master bedroom window, it is a very beautiful glass pyramid structure. Of course, lighting accounts at night will be more charming.

The interior decoration style is mainly modern style, with some ornaments of medieval furniture. In order to understand modern style, we should first understand what is modern life, to be exact, it should be modern lifestyle.
